  1. Key duties and Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner
    • Execute trade transactions through trading platform
    • Monitor clients positions and margin level and conduct follow up if necessary
    • Serve customers around the world thru email and phone
    • Prepare dealing documents and provide daily administrative support to the team
    • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years experience on futures dealing
    • Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)
    • Knowledge in Global Futures and Commodities is an advantage
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
    • Customer oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
    • Willing to work night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays

    • Daily tasks include trade matching, position reconciliation, corporate action etc.
    • Perform settlement activities for local & global equities and futures
    • Ensure all instructions from clients are executed timely and efficiently
    • Coordinate with other brokers on all clearing & settlement issues
    • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
    • Occasional outdoor duties

    Requirements:

    • Post-secondary education with min. 2 years relevant experience
    • Hands on experience on operating settlement systems such as CCASS, DCASS
    • Knowledge in settlement of local and overseas equities, futures & commodities
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
    • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
    • Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
    • Immediate available preferred
